Our People:

Marc Saulnier

Marc Saulnier is President and owner of Diverse Networks, LLC, a full- service telecommunications agency that specializes in providing businesses with critical phone and internet services. Marc is responsible for the sales and financial development for Diverse. He selects the new carriers and products offered to clients. He is also in charge of the partner program within the company, which is second to none in the industry. Diverse is business focused, not sales focused. That perspective comes from the years of experience drawn while sitting on the customer side of the desk and understanding exactly what it takes to run a company. That experience allows Diverse to provide the most value for its customers.
Marc has over twenty years of industry experience including working in both the direct and indirect channel prior to purchasing Diverse. His achievements in direct sales led to a channel manager position in 2003. Working with successful agents, large and small is what influenced the structure of Diverse Networks. That experience allowed Marc to understand the business from three different perspectives, and put together a business model that benefited one entity……the customer. “Attention and follow through with service issues are what make or break any company, and telecommunications is no different”. Despite an industry that is becoming more and more dependent on technology, he focuses on keeping his company in contact with their customers and partners in order to keep that personal touch. “By being available and by following up on issues quickly, we strive to differentiate ourselves in our marketplace”.

Marc purchased Diverse Networks in June of 2005. Since then he has grown the carrier options from five to over forty, and the business has grown steadily throughout the United States. He credits the success of Diverse Networks to its partnerships “it has been through that partnership model that we have been better able to service our customers”.

Marc was born and raised in Ogunquit, Maine and currently resides in Wells, Maine with his wife and two children. Marc currently is a member of the Portsmouth and Ogunquit Chambers. Marc also served on his local school board and is currently on the board of the Ogunquit Heritage Museum. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Education and Human Development from The University of Maine at Orono.
